The kit
One 1000mg NAD+ vial, a reusable metal auto-injector, single-use needles and alcohol wipes. A full month, matched and ready.
Freeze-dried in a sealed vial, packed cold and shipped tracked. The batch's own Certificate of Analysis is in the box, not on request.
Keep the sealed vial refrigerated between 2 and 8 °C, away from light. Once made up, keep it refrigerated and follow the timing on the leaflet.
Packed cold and tracked from our door to yours. Order before 3pm and it leaves the same day, and from there it is usually about three working days. Delivery needs a signature. UK delivery is free over £100 (£4.99 below), and a flat £24 worldwide.
The NAD+ supplement is exempt from the usual online cancellation right because it is perishable, and the sealed consumables cannot come back once opened. If something arrives damaged, or is not what we described, that is a different matter and your legal rights are untouched.
NAD+
Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, a coenzyme present in every living cell and central to the reactions that turn food into usable energy. Research indicates the amount you carry falls substantially with age.
NAD+ is a large molecule and much of an oral dose is broken down before it reaches a cell. Delivering it directly avoids that, which is the whole reason the kit exists in this form.

Yes. Every batch goes to an independent laboratory and ships with its own Certificate of Analysis, printed with that batch's measured purity.
No. Every NAD+ Kit already includes the pen, so it is never a separate purchase. It is reusable and metal-bodied, and the standalone listing is only there for a spare or a replacement.
The pen

Yes, the same device. The kit is not missing anything you would have to buy here.
Universal-fit pen needles. They are the same 32G needles supplied in the NAD+ Kit.
It is built to be reused rather than replaced on a schedule. Replace it if it is damaged, and keep a second if you would rather not pack the only one you have.
Delivery and returns
Order before 3pm and it leaves us the same day, tracked. From dispatch it is typically about three working days, though that is an estimate rather than a guarantee.
UK delivery is free on orders over £100 and £4.99 below, so every supply of the kit ships free. Orders outside the UK are a flat £24, confirmed at checkout.
Yes. Deliveries need a signature and have to be taken in person at the address on the order, which is also what keeps a cold parcel off a doorstep.
For most things bought online there is a statutory right to cancel, but the NAD+ supplement is exempt from it because it is perishable, and anything sealed for hygiene cannot be returned once that seal is broken. The returns policy sets out both in full, and if something arrives damaged or is not as described your legal rights are unaffected.
Tell us before you use it. The vial ships cold and packed to hold temperature, so a warm parcel is something we want to know about rather than something for you to judge.
