Prepare
Take the vial from the fridge and let it settle to room temperature. Wipe the seal, then load it into the pen.

Administer
Pinch the skin, hold the pen flat against it, and press. The depth is pre-set, so there is nothing to judge.

Store
Cap the pen, drop the needle into the sharps container supplied, and return the vial to the fridge.

Why a kit, and not a capsule.
NAD+ is a large, fragile molecule. Much of what you swallow is taken apart long before it reaches a cell, which is why most NAD+ products are precursors rather than the coenzyme itself. Delivering it directly skips that step.
